SITE MECHANICAL ENGINEER

We are searching for an experienced SITE MECHANICAL ENGINEER to oversee the company’s new construction projects. You should have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of CAD software.
A Site Mechanical Engineer oversees the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) on construction sites to ensure compliance with design specs, codes, and safety standards. They manage subcontractors, resolve technical issues, review drawings, and coordinate with other trades to meet project timelines and budgets.
The role includes:
Key Responsibilities
-Site Supervision: Monitor installation of HVAC, piping, firefighting, and plumbing systems to ensure quality and adherence to blueprints.
-Technical Coordination: Review design drawings, identify conflicts, and coordinate mechanical work with electrical and civil teams.
-Project Planning & Management: Estimate resources (manpower, materials, equipment), prepare daily reports, and ensure targets are met.
-Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure systems meet local/international codes.
-Testing & Commissioning: Supervise pre-commissioning and testing of equipment.
Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Experience: 5+ years in mechanical construction or site supervision.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MEP systems, and reading construction documents.
-Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, team management, and communication skills.
