Production Manager (CEP 9998863LI)- LIMASSOL

A Chemical /Mechanical Engineer in a Production Manager role leads teams and oversees the daily operations of chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring production targets are met, processes are efficient, and safety and environmental standards are followed. They are responsible for staffing, managing resources, analyzing data to improve processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality requirements for chemical products

Your main accountabilities:

• Oversee daily production line operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Monitor processes and equipment performance to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Supervise production staff, providing guidance, support, and training where necessary.
• Coordinate and allocate resources (materials, manpower, and equipment) to meet production targets
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
• Troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with maintenance and engineering teams as required
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a production/factory environment
• Proven experience in supervising or leading production teams
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong organizational and resource management abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills

 Benefits:

• €3.000 monthly gross salary
• 13^th salary

• 14th salary (83.33% of the regular salary)
• 6% Pension Fund after completing one year with the company
• 21 days of annual leave (including Easter, Christmas, and 3 weeks in August when the company is closed)
• Work Monday – Friday (38 hours per week),
• Loyalty Card after completing 6 months
