ManSystems (www.mansystrems.org), seeks a DESIGNER (TEKLA) on behalf of our client.

DESIGNER(TEKLA) Industrial Designer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create detailed structural steel models in Tekla Structures software.
Generate fabrication drawings and material lists from the models.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of designs.
Use industry standards and best practices to ensure the quality and efficiency of designs.
Communicate with fabricators to ensure successful fabrication and construction of structures.
Review and analyze project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance.
Participate in design and construction meetings as needed.
Continuously update and improve skills and knowledge of Tekla Structures software and industry trends.

Requirements:

University diploma or title in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a University or other recognized school in Cyprus or abroad.
Knowledge of TEKLA STRUCTURES V20 SR1 / V21.1 modelling software program.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Experience in creating detailed shop and fabrication drawings for steel structures.
Knowledge of industry standards and codes related to steel detailing.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineers and architects.
Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve design issues.
Integrity of character, organizational ability, responsibility, initiative, and good judgment.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) and 3D modeling software is a plus.
Knowledge of MS Office and STRUCAD modeling software program is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of the Greek language and very good knowledge of the English language
