His state-of-the-art facility in Limassol is at the forefront of industry technology, ensuring that he meet the highest standards of production and design.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Production
- Responsible for managing and completing all orders/projects in the factory.
- Supervising all production posts and processes within the factory.
- Ordering materials (rails, fabrics, wallpapers, etc.) from suppliers (retail & wholesale).
- Receiving, checking, and arranging incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse.
- Managing and distributing incoming manufacturing materials (retail & wholesale).
- Consolidating orders and scheduling measurement and installation services on a daily basis.
- Utilizing production monitoring and quality control programs.
- Managing staff and implementing performance evaluations (KPIs).
- Forecasting human resource needs for the factory.
Wholesale Customers Services
- Managing and serving the projects for our tailoring customers/partners
o Customer Service
o Checking quotations (if needed)
o Create production instructions/plan
o Project monitoring
o Coordinating with the installation crew for next day installations
o Managing issues along with the Sales Manager
o Post-sale support
Factory Management
- Responsible for opening, the smooth operation, and closing of the factory.
- Monitoring the functionality of all factory machines and notifying administrative staff in case of any malfunctions.
- Supporting administrative staff in designing and implementing strategies to optimize factory operations.
- Recording and managing consumables inventory.
- Ordering consumable materials for the factory and the stores.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for implementing cleaning plans for the factory

- SALARY €2.300 – €3.000 (depending on experience and skills)
- Salary raise every 12 months
