SITE CIVIL ENGINEER
(SCE 96699F6PA)-PAPHOS

Main Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage construction projects on-site, ensuring compliance with engineering designs and specifications.
• Direct, monitor, and control the activities of Civil/Architectural Subcontractors.
• Ensure site safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate site development activities and liaise with project teams.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Preferred Quantity Surveying Skills:
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for civil/architectural works.
• Support the preparation of Bid Documents and tender processes.
• Help determine project costs by calculating labor, materials, and related expenses.

Qualifications/Skills:
• Excellent Command of English, both written and spoken.
• Site development and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• CAD and AutoCAD proficiency.
• Knowledge of tender preparation is preferred.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of engineering.

Remuneration – Benefits:

• 2.000€ – 2.500€ GROSS
• Annual bonus
