The role is responsible to provide support to the Management, a to ensure the smooth operation of sales dept.

Our client is one of the leading companies in Cyprus in lubricants. Equally important has been the company’s emphasis on quality, creativity and innovation, enhancing its leadership in retail distribution.

Your main accountabilities:

Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building and managing a guest first team culture

  • Skills in guest engagement; problem solving and resolution
  • Knowledge of B2B business fundamentals
  • Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the client experience and sales goals
  • Anticipate staffing needs, talent plan and recruit – both long and short term.
  • Quickly respond to any negative guest shopping experience by de-escalating the situation and ensuring your team understands and feels supported to make things right for the guest.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • The ability to work in high-pressure situations.
  • Be able to read and understand sales data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of confidence.
  • Perfect English

Remuneration – Benefits:

  • 2500€ – 3.500 gross salary
