SALES MANAGER

Your main accountabilities:
Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building and managing a guest first team culture
- Skills in guest engagement; problem solving and resolution
- Knowledge of B2B business fundamentals
- Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the client experience and sales goals
- Anticipate staffing needs, talent plan and recruit – both long and short term.
- Quickly respond to any negative guest shopping experience by de-escalating the situation and ensuring your team understands and feels supported to make things right for the guest.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- The ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Be able to read and understand sales data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of confidence.
- Perfect English
