Our client holds a leading position in jewelry and watches, with a presence across Cyprus.
Role Overview
The Retail Network Development Manager is responsible for expanding, optimizing, and managing the brand’s retail footprint (boutiques, franchises, shop-in-shops) within a defined region or globally. In the jewelry sector, the role focuses heavily on luxury positioning, brand consistency, and high-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Network Expansion & Strategy
-Identify and evaluate new retail opportunities (boutiques, malls, high streets, airports).
-Develop and execute expansion plans aligned with brand strategy.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the jewelry/luxury segment.
-Negotiate leases, franchise agreements, or partnerships.
Store Development & Openings
-Manage end-to-end store opening projects (location selection → design → launch).
-Coordinate with architects, VM teams, and contractors for boutique setup.
-Ensure stores meet luxury standards and brand guidelines.
Franchise & Partner Management
-Recruit, onboard, and manage franchise partners or distributors.
-Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with brand standards.
-Provide training and support to partners.
Performance & Optimization
-Analyze store KPIs (sales per sqm, conversion rate, average transaction value).
-Identify underperforming stores and implement improvement plans.
-Optimize retail network profitability and efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
-Work with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams.
-Align product assortment with local market preferences.
-Support retail teams in achieving sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
-MBA is welcome
Experience
-5–10+ years in retail expansion, preferably in luxury or jewelry brands.
– Proven track record in opening stores and managing retail networks.
Skills
-Strong negotiation and project management skills.
-Analytical mindset with experience in retail KPIs.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
-Ability to travel frequently.
