Project & Operations Manager on Construction Sites (POM 9872276LI) LIMASSOL

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of all technical works, carried out by appointed subcontractors, including the installation of imported and custom-made products, in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
Additionally, responsible for after-sales support, handling and resolving issues arising from the execution of new projects or from projects previously delivered.((Architect / Civil Engineer / Interior Designer/ Foreman) 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Organization, coordination, and supervision of construction sites and installation teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Assignment of tasks to crews and monitoring progress to meet project objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures at all stages of the project.
• Collaboration with the Project Department, Suppliers, and the Technical Management to ensure smooth delivery of materials and services.
• Handling unforeseen issues on-site and providing immediate solutions.
• Quality control and adherence to technical specifications during installation.
• Communication with clients regarding project progress and completion phases, when required.
• Maintaining detailed reports on progress, costs, and crew performance.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in site supervision or crew/team management roles.
• Good knowledge of technical works, construction, or installation processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team organization skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and effectively solve problems on-site.
• Excellent command of the Greek language (knowledge of English will be considered an additional asset).
• Good proficiency in computer tools, including MS Office and project management software.
