Procurement Officer

 (PO 909S869NI)- NICOSIA

The successful candidate will join a modern and professional working environment, contributing effectively to the company’s procurement, purchasing, and supply chain management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s purchasing and procurement activities
  • Coordinate and monitor orders and delivery timelines
  • Communicate and negotiate with existing and new suppliers in Cyprus and abroad
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management
  • Enter and manage data in the company’s ERP / accounting system
  • Verify invoices and product costing
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to coordinate payments
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and related documentation
  • Manage technical specifications and product data sheets

Required Qualifications

• Degree in one of the following fields:

• Business Administration
• Accounting
• Procurement / Supply Chain / Logistics
• or any related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in medical consumables or medical equipment will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent command of the Greek language
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP or commercial/accounting systems (e.g., Zoho)
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, attention to detail, and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
