ManSystems (www.mansystems.org ), seeks a PERSONAL ASSISTANT on behalf of our client. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3+ years’ client service experience and administration

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience in a personal assistant and administration role
  • Dedication to high standards, ability to demonstrate accuracy and performing at best practice level
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and workflow process skills within a team environment
  • Solution oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow up skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work through questions and concerns collaboratively
  • Customer service oriented and a friendly disposition
  • To assist and support the CEO;
  • To help with the correspondence and the phone calls of the Directors;
  • To manage the diaries and organize the meetings and the appointments
  • To manage databases and filling systems in the office;
  • To remain knowledgeable on all the occurrences happening in our client company
  • To liaise with co-workers, suppliers and ensure proper customer service;
  • To build productive trust relationships with the co-workers and the customers
  • Experience with MS OFFICE
  • Administration experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, or administration
  • English, Greek
  • knowledge of MS Office
  • Communication skills

Remuneration – Benefits:

  •  2.000€ – 2500€ gross salary
  • 13th salary
