MARKETING & Social Media ADMINISTRATOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare marketing copy, presentations, articles, interviews, and other promotional content for the Group, its products, and services.
  • Design and coordinate signage, banners (construction sites, parks, EV charging stations), and vehicle branding graphics.
  • Maintain inventory records of promotional and marketing materials for events and campaigns.
  • Support the implementation of the Group’s marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage and contribute to the Group’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, customer engagement, and market trends, while providing recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition.
  • Update, maintain, and enhance the Group’s corporate website.
  • Organize, coordinate, and participate in exhibitions, corporate events, seminars, and presentations.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding the procurement of promotional and marketing materials.
  • Record and maintain supplier and partner invoices in the relevant filing systems.
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis related to the energy sector using online resources, interviews, and industry studies.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Group’s Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management procedures by following all required processes and completing the relevant documentation in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and applicable legislation.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Group that are relevant to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar marketing position will be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, with strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Creative mindset with flexibility and adaptability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Deliver marketing activities and projects on time, achieving 90–95% adherence to management-approved timelines.
  • Manage the Group’s social media platforms with 95–100% consistency in posting schedules while maintaining high engagement rates.
  • Demonstrate effective collaboration and prompt responsiveness to requests from all Group departments.
  • Prepare reports with 90–95% accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
  • Resolve issues promptly and provide constructive, value-added feedback.
  • Analyze marketing performance and deliver reports within the agreed timelines, achieving 90–95% compliance with management expectations.
  • Successfully organize and execute corporate events with a 95–100% completion and quality rate.
