DESIGN ENGINEER
(MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL /ELECTRONIC ENGINEER)

A design engineer develops and refines new and existing products and systems by creating designs, building prototypes, and testing functionality. They use scientific principles and computer-aided design (CAD) software to create blueprints and models, collaborating with other teams to ensure products are functional, safe, and meet project requirements and industry standards. Key duties include research, project management, and documenting designs for manufacturing.
We are seeking a young, motivated Design Engineer to join our Design Department and support the delivery of high-quality Audio-Visual and Smart Home system designs across Cyprus and Greece. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who is passionate about technology, design, and innovation — with the goal of developing into a future Design Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in preparing detailed system designs, drawings, quotations, and Bills of Quantities.
– Support senior engineers in creating AV, control, and smart home system layouts and schematics.
– Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and Technical teams.
– Ensure accuracy and consistency in all design documentation.
– Help maintain standard design templates, libraries, and cost models in Odoo.
– Participate in project reviews and contribute ideas to improve design quality and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
– A recent graduate or young professional in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
– Genuine interest in Audio-Visual systems, Smart Home technologies, and system integration.
– Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Team player with good communication skills and willingness to learn.
– Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into a leadership role over time.
Remuneration – Benefits:
- 1600€-2000€ Gross salary (based on previous experience)
- 13th salaries
- 21 days of annual leave
- Work Monday – Friday
