CIVIL ENGINEER – SITE ENGINEER

Civil Engineer Site Engineer’s job is to oversee and manage a construction project on-site, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include supervising all on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and other professionals, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and design specifications, resolving on-site issues, and preparing progress reports. They are the technical and organizational lead on the ground, translating project plans into reality.

Core responsibilities

• Project management: Oversee daily construction activities, manage timelines, and ensure the project stays within budget.
• Technical oversight: Review project plans and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and that construction adheres to specifications.
• Quality control: Conduct site inspections and tests to ensure work quality meets required standards.
• Team coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Safety and compliance: Implement and enforce safety regulations and ensure all work complies with legal and environmental standards.
• Problem-solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues, technical difficulties, or delays that arise during construction.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports and site documentation.
• Resource management: Coordinate the flow of materials and equipment, and sometimes manage vendor contracts.

• You will receive an attractive gross annual salary 45.000€,- 70.000€ (depending on your civil engineering experience as
• 5-7 years’ experience (middle level) 45K – 50K
• 7-12 years’ experience (Senior) 50K -70K
• 13^th salaries
