Your main accountabilities:

• Builds Relationships: 

Establishes and maintains crucial relationships with clients in diverse sectors like manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and research.

• Understands Needs: 

Uses communication and discovery skills to identify and understand the complex technical and business needs of clients.

• Provides Solutions: 

Offers tailored chemical products, formulations, and services that meet client requirements.

• Leverages Technical Knowledge: 

Combines scientific knowledge of chemical products with persuasive communication to drive adoption of solutions.

• Develops Strategies: 

Senior representatives may develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead sales teams.

Qualifications:
