ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER – NICOSIA

ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER

An Architectural Project Manager (APM) leads architectural projects from conception to completion, overseeing budget, schedule, and quality by coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet design specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Key responsibilities include managing design development, creating project documentation, conducting site visits, resolving issues, and communicating progress to stakeholders, ensuring the architectural vision is realized effectively.

Your main accountabilities:

Project Oversight:

Manage the entire project lifecycle, from schematic design through construction and closeout.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate the efforts of architects, engineers, consultants, and construction teams.

Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, understanding their needs, and managing expectations.

Budget & Schedule Management:

Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and timely completion.

Design & Documentation:

Oversee the creation of architectural plans, designs, and construction documents, ensuring they meet quality and aesthetic standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

Site Management:

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that arise.

Risk & Issue Resolution:

Identify potential risks and conflicts and implement solutions to ensure project success.

Communication & Reporting:

Prepare and present project status reports, facilitate meetings, and maintain clear communication among all project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Architectural Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design, and construction processes.
  • Project Management Skills:
  • Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Communication:
  • Ability to lead teams and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for design and project management.

  • 1700€ NET -2.000€ NET salary + bonus(500€-800€ monthly) (junior Level)
  • 2.000€ NET -2.400€ NET salary + bonus(600€-900€ monthly) (Middle  Level)
  • 2.200€ NET -2.500€ NET salary + bonus(1.000€ monthly) (Senior Level)
  • 13th salaries
