About the Company
Our client is an established company operating in the renewable energy and energy solutions sector, solar energy, and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (solutions. The company is committed to delivering innovative, sustainable and energy-efficient solutions to residential, commercial and industrial customers.
As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead its human resources function and support the development of its workforce and organisational structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy in alignment with its business objectives and growth plans.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process for technical, engineering, commercial, administrative and operational positions.
- Work closely with department heads and management to identify workforce requirements and workforce planning priorities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Oversee employee onboarding, performance management, training and professional development.
- Support management in employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters and employee retention.
- Ensure compliance with Cyprus employment legislation and relevant HR regulations.
- Manage employee records, employment contracts, leave, attendance and other HR-related documentation.
- Develop compensation and benefits structures and contribute to salary reviews and performance-related initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement, a positive working environment and a strong company culture.
- Identify training needs, particularly for technical teams working in renewable energy.
- Monitor HR performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Support organisational development and change management as the company expands its operations.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR position.
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus employment legislation and HR practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR policy development.
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and provide practical HR solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
