Finance & ERP Administrator – Limassol

Your Role

As a Finance & ERP Administrator, you will support the smooth operation of our luxury retail and distribution business by maintaining accurate financial, stock and ERP records, assisting with internal controls, and preparing reliable information for management decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Posting purchase and sales invoices accurately and on time
  • Entering and maintaining data in the company ERP system, including price updates and product information
  • Checking creditor balances, supplier statements and payment records
  • Monitoring incoming customer payments and supporting reconciliations
  • Preparing, posting and checking stock transfer documents between shops and warehouses
  • Assisting with stock control procedures and investigating discrepancies
  • Executing internal audits for cash registers, daily sales records and stock movements
  • Generating management reports relating to sales, purchases, stock, margins and other key business information
  • Maintaining organised records and supporting the finance and operations teams with administrative duties
  • Performing other duties typically associated with finance administration, bookkeeping and ERP support

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting administration, ERP/data entry or a similar back-office role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with figures, documents and system entries
  • Good understanding of purchase invoices, sales invoices, creditors, payments and basic reconciliations
  • Confidence using ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Organised, discreet and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to follow internal control procedures
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with retail and office teams
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in retail, stock control or luxury goods will be considered an advantage
