The employee in the above position provides first- and second-level telephone support for a wide range of issues encountered by customers, including hardware and software problems, printers, peripherals, connectivity, and mobile devices.
The employee also performs related duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities, include:
In accordance with established performance standards and in compliance with the Company’s quality, health and safety, and environmental policies and procedures, the employee undertakes the duties and responsibilities outlined below.
- Manage incoming customer service calls and inquiries.
- Receive, document, and respond to inquiries and requests for technical assistance related to desktop/laptop computers, software, printers, peripheral equipment, servers, network connectivity, and mobile field/office applications via telephone or email.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve first- and second-level customer issues to the extent possible using remote access methods.
- Document all actions taken regarding reported incidents and service requests within the relevant software systems.
- Identify issues requiring on-site assistance or escalation to other technical support personnel for resolution.
- Record, update, and maintain all incoming customer calls and inquiries in Clik.
- Communicate and distribute ticket/reference numbers generated through Clik for customer inquiries and service requests.
- Diagnose hardware and device malfunctions remotely where possible and refer cases requiring component replacement, repairs, or other on-site maintenance activities to the appropriate technical support personnel.
- Maintain records of incidents and their resolution using helpdesk software or other designated recording systems. May be required to prepare reports regarding work performed.
- Provide guidance and support regarding hardware and software operations. Assist customers in identifying hardware and software requirements to meet business needs and support the creation of customer accounts across various computer systems.
- Receive, collect, analyze, and distribute data from customer equipment and systems, where required.
- Schedule and coordinate activities with other company departments.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and monitor ongoing activities.
- Submit requests to Management for required tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Research new operational methods, techniques, and equipment and recommend their implementation.
- Maintain records in the form of diagrams, drawings, sketches, plans, and specifications for mechanical and electrical equipment and devices using both conventional and electronic tools and techniques.
- Maintain the electronic database of equipment installed at service stations.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports, including KPIs, action plans, and other reports required by the 5th day of each month.
- Prepare reports requested by the Technical Director.
- Prepare reports and analyses requested by the petroleum companies with which the Company collaborates.
- Prepare and submit quotations to ExxonMobil, Coral, and other customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Attend meetings, training seminars, and professional development sessions to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills. Monitor and evaluate new hardware and software products and tools.
- Assist the System Coordinator with ISO-related matters, including Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
- Perform duties related to the activities of other affiliated companies as may be assigned by Management.
Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Protection
- Complies with the Company’s rules, policies, and procedures and participates in relevant programs and initiatives.
- Ensures full and accurate compliance with the above requirements, including all relevant Job Loss Analysis (JLA) procedures.
- Adheres to all Road Traffic Regulations and applicable driving laws when using the road network.
- May be assigned by Management to participate in the Emergency Response Team and perform duties as a Safety Observer and/or Emergency Responder in accordance with the Company’s emergency response plans.
- Properly segregates waste generated through work activities in accordance with Company procedures and environmental management requirements.
- Minimizes the consumption of energy and natural resources whenever possible.
- Maintains records and documentation as required and upon request by Management.
- Performs any other related duties that may be assigned by Management.
- Ensures the timely and immediate reporting of near misses, incidents, and accidents.
- Responsible for identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions or hazards encountered during the performance of duties.
