Our client is seeking a financial/accounting professional to serve as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

• This position reports directly to the principals.
• Primary Responsibilities and Duties:The CFO will be responsible for all accounting, finance, operations, and administration activities, including tax coordination with outside accountants. In addition, the position maintains the primary relationship with the company’s banking, insurance, and pension professionals.This position also provides financial counsel to the principals for their personal financial activities, and manages their finances.

  CFO supervises Accounting Manager.

  Experience and Skills:

• This position is hands-on and detail oriented, requiring extreme accuracy and outstanding communications skills.
• The best candidates will have a wide range of business skills developed over a minimum of 10 years in a small to medium business environment.MBA is preferred, but not required. Candidates with an undergraduate degree and strong relevant financial experience in the same or similar industries, and/or those with a broad business background will also be considered.Compensation:
